Promoting charity events & challenges
With over 250 UK and overseas events & challenges featured on the website, timeoutdoors offers visitors an unrivalled selection of charity events & challenges in one place.
The charity events service introduces people interested in taking part in these events & challenges to charities organising or using the events and challenges for fundraising - giving our charity customers access to a continually growing audience of outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and types.
Whether a charity already has its own events & challenges programme or is planning to create one, timeoutdoors provides a fast, easy and cost-effective way of fundraising from a wide range of outdoor sports & activity events – including runs, walks, bike rides, abseils, treks, triathlons, horse rides, winter sports, sailing challenges and many other challenge events. We do not organise events ourselves although we can introduce charities to professional event organisers.

Step 2 – they can choose an event or challenge from a number of sections...
- Major events - such as Virgin London Marathon
- UK challenges - open and closed/exclusive challenges in the UK
- Overseas challenges – open and closed/exclusive challenges across the world
- Find a charity – showing all events and challenges for a chosen charity
Step 3 – people request an information pack with their name, email & phone number
Step 4 – the charity (for major events and closed challenges) or tour operator (for open challenges) contacts the person with full details of the event or challenge
Step 5 – the person agrees to take part in the event or challenge and starts fundraising!
