Challenge details

Starting from Kingston in the west, you will ride along coastal routes with local guides and Jamaica's own Mr. Motivator to Negril on the eastern side of the island.

The money you can raise by taking part in this unique experience will help our Marie Curie Nurses provide more free care to people with terminal cancer and other illnesses.

Robins Bay – Ocho Rios 70km

Day 4

Ocho Rios – Falmouth 75 km

Day 5

Falmouth – Montego Bay, 75km

Montego Bay – Negril, 100km
