Challenge details
Day one - London to Calais

We head off from London and cycle 70 miles through the Kent countryside until we reach the white cliffs of Dover. We board an early evening ferry to France and arrive in our hotel in Calais for a good night's sleep.

Day two - Calais to Arras

After eating a hearty breakfast we set off cycling through beautiful french countryside and small towns and villages.

Day three - Arras to Compiegne

Today we step back in time as we head south towards Bapaume, the scene of the Battle of the Somme. After a delicious Fairtrade lunch we continue south and enjoy a well-earned downhill stretch to our overnight stop in Compiegne.

Day four - Compiegne to Paris

The final day of London to Paris bike ride sees us cycle south until we hit the eastern outskirts of Paris. As we cycle into Paris the atmosphere is electric as the Tour de France comes to an end the following day.

We ride together up the Champs-Elysees round the Arc de Triomphe and down to the finish line overlooking the Eiffel Tower. We then celebrate with champagne and a special evening dinner.

Day five - Paris to London

After breakfast at our hotel we are free to enjoy the sights and sounds of Paris. Maybe you want to get a good space from which to watch the Tour de France or simply soak up the atmosphere in a Parisian Cafe.

You will then be transported back to London where you'll be reunited with your bikes!
