About the club

We are always very pleased to welcome new members and to encourage healthy exercise in general - all that we ask is that you can run a minimum of 30 minutes.

We meet in the Rugby Club foyer on Wednesday for a 7 pm run (please arrive at 6.45 pm) and we meet on Sunday mornings by prior arrangement.
