About the club We are an athletics club based in Wantage, Oxfordshire (England). We have about two hundred members of all ages and abilities, and we take part in Track & Field, Road Running and Cross Country events. Our members compete in the Oxford Cross Country League, and the County, Area and National Championships. We run in local Road Races and organise the Oxfordshire Half Marathon Championships every year, and the race is included in the Oxon Grand Prix Road Race League. The next White Horse Half Marathon will be held on Sunday 5th April 2009, with entry forms available from about September 2008.

Meeting places

Wantage Leisure Centre
Thursday evenings 7pm. Coached training session for younger members. Runs of upto 1 hour for men and ladies groups. Sunday mornings 10am. Club run of about 1 hour for everone.

Tilsley Park, Abingdon
Tuesday evenings 7pm. Coached track sessions for all ages.

Court Hill Hostel
Sundays 10am. Most Sundays, unless the Club has a competition event to attend, seniors meet for a 1 hour training run. All welcome.
