For over a decade the Action Medical Research 'A' Team has helped literally hundreds of runners, from 17 year olds to senior citizens, to achieve their ambition of completing this Run. The Team is made up of dedicated volunteers who recruit, advise and train novice and experienced runners alike to take part. So how about having a go?
