The course is largely flat and is a single lap, starting and finishing close to the City Centre. Conditions for marathon running are ideal. Race number & chip collection is at The Main Hall, R.D.S. Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, and runs from 12:00 to 18:00 hrs on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of October.

Meningitis Trust

The race starts at 8.50am for wheelchair participants and all others at 9am. Entry is open to those aged 18 or over. Entries, which cost €80, close at 5pm on Monday 6th October 2008. To register to run the marathon or the family fun run in aid of the Meningitis Trust, please contact Heather on (01) 2764269.
