| This beautifully designed trek takes you through the most wild and remote parts of Jordan. Flat and rocky terrain weaves between volcanic mountains and roasting hot desert, finally blending into rugged mountain pathways. Breathtaking panoramas and mountain passes dominate the scenery throughout the trek as you wind your way from ancient ruin to ancient ruin all whilst raising vital funds for teenagers and young adults with cancer across the UK.
Known as the 'Inca Trail' of Jordan, the trek from Dana to the iconic ruins at the Rose Red city of Petra passes through spectacular scenery along an old Bedouin trading route that few westerners have ever visited. Reaching Petra after a week of challenging trekking amidst the mountains and desert of Jordan gives you a full appreciation for its undisputed magnificence.

This morning 6 teenagers heard the words “you have cancer”, 6 will hear it tomorrow and 6 the day after. TCT focuses on the particular needs of UK teenagers & young adults with cancer, leukaemia, Hodgkin’s & related diseases. The charity designs & builds dedicated adolescent cancer units in hospitals & funds & organises support & information services for patients, their families, schools & health professionals.
