The Adidas Women’s 5K challenge is a 5k fun run for women. It takes place on Sunday 7th September in three areas of the country; London’s Hyde Park, Birmingham and Liverpool. This event is suitable for women of all ages and capabilities. Whatever your motivation, whether it’s getting fit, training for another event or just for fun, we would love to have you on our team!
