Day 1 Anchorage (B,L,D)
Meet in Anchorage at 8am and depart for Denali. Explore Denali's hiking trails, take in views of Mt McKinley and enjoy a picnic lunch in the Alaskan wilderness. Afternoon visit to the famous Denali sled dog kennels. Check into our authentic wilderness cabins and end the day with a tasty group dinner.
Day 2 Denali NP (B,L)
Full day exploration and hiking in Denali. Denali is well-known for its diversity of wildlife. There are 39 species of mammals, 167 species of birds, ten species of fish. Enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to our cabins.
Day 3 Girdwood (B,L)
Morning transfer to Girdwood. Explore this region's diverse flora and fauna, glaciated terrain on a hike of the Winner Creek Trail with an experienced naturalist. In the afternoon you will have time for an optional aerial tram to the top of Mt Alyeska.
Day 4 Soldotna/Seward (B,L)
Depart at 8am for Soldotna, in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula. Black and brown bear observation excursion in Wolverine Creek. Picnic lunch out in the wilderness. Transfer onto Seward.
Day 5 Seward/Kenai (B,L,D)
Full day wildlife observation cruise in Kenai Fjords National Park with interpretation from park rangers. Stop at Fox Island for an all you can eat grilled wild Alaskan salmon and prime rib dinner.
Day 6 Anchorage (B,L)
Morning visit to the Sealife Center for a behind the scenes tour. In the late morning we depart for Anchorage with a stop to hike Exit Glacier and a picnic lunch before it is time to end our journey. Arrive in Anchorage around 4pm.
