Abseiling is thrilling, terrifying, adrenaline-fuelled - and an unforgettable experience. And what better way to make sure you don’t chicken out at the top than the promise of a healthy pile of donations waiting for you at the bottom? The opportunity to raise money for a charity of your choice can often provide you with a level of inner strength you never knew you had.
CONQUER YOUR FEARS
Whereas other charity challenges will provide the platform for you to improve your health and fitness, perhaps the best side-effect of taking part in a charity abseil is the opportunity to face and conquer your fears. Of course, if those fears don’t exist, then it’s simply an epic adventure anyway.
It’s simply a case of choosing your platform and taking the plunge. You can launch from a bridge, building or cliff-face. Obviously, safety is of paramount importance and on any of the abseils listed below you will be supervised by experienced instructors for the entire duration of the event.
