There are two distances to choose from – approximately 6.5 miles or 10.5 miles with total climbs of approximately 288 or 556 Meters. The route passes through the mountains of Afan Argoed, with stunning views throughout. Open to new and seasoned runners. Set yourself a challenge for this year!
