An epic event with a coastal swim (mass start), music stage and red carpet finish! The Southend Triathlon is brought to you by the team that organise the Chelmsford Half Marathon. Sprint distance = 750m swim 20k bike 5k run. Standard distance = 1500m swim 40k bike 10k run.
