Grab this opportunity to pit yourself against the spectacular landscape of Snowdonia National Park in this tough and exciting multi-activity challenge. Taking in the summit of Wales’ highest mountain, over the course of a single day, you’ll push yourself across a variety of terrains.
You’ll challenge yourself mentally and physically as you take on some of the most demanding landscapes in Britain on foot, by bike and in a kayak. The trip may be short, but it is far from a walk in the park as you confront steep climbs and gruelling hills over the 36km route.
This is an open challenge which means you can take part and raise funds for your nominated charity. The payment options are explained below.
This option means that your sponsorship will be split to cover the cost of the challenge and the charity fundraising. You pay the registration fee and then pledge to raise a minimum amount of sponsorship for your nominated charity. The charity pays for the challenge and retains the balance as fundraising. If you struggle to raise enough sponsorship, you can often still take part by switching to the self funding option (if available). Full details are included in the challenge information pack.
This option means you cover the cost of the challenge yourself so that 100% of whatever fundraising you do goes to your nominated charity. You pay the registration fee and then pay the final balance to cover the cost of the challenge before your departure. This means you don't have sponsorship targets or deadlines to meet. Full details are included in the challenge information pack.
Full details of all funding options are included in the challenge information pack - just complete the request form now.

Why your fundraising is so important
Before the British Heart Foundation was founded 4 in 5 children born with congenital heart disease died before their first birthday. Today in the UK, thanks to research, 4 in 5 survive into adulthood.
Even with this progress coronary heart disease is still the UK’s single biggest killer, but we’re leading the fight against it. To win this fight we need your help. Together we will improve lives.

The British Heart Foundation is the nation's heart charity, raising funds for pioneering research that saves and improves the lives of vulnerable adults and children.
