Supporting families and caring for children with life-threatening conditions.
We support and care for all age groups of children from babies to young people up to the age of 18 with life-threatening conditions, from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement.
We ensure that the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the child and family are met through our holistic and family-centred approach which can be delivered in their home, in hospital, in the community or at one of our three hospices.
Our care and support team includes qualified nurses, clinical nurse specialists, counsellors, care assistants, play specialists, music therapists, art therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a psychologist, spiritual care advisors, chaplains, chefs and housekeeping staff, and a consultant nurse.
