This classic London to Paris bike ride takes you between two of the world's most iconic capital cities and gives you a real chance to explore some beautiful corners of England and France on the way. On your final day, enjoy a morning sightseeing in Paris before catching the Eurostar back.
You set off from the Greenwich Observatory in London and roll through Kent and the North Downs. From Calais you ride inland and south with sites of historical interest surrounding you and prompting a reminder of the importance of these lands and of the wars that have been fought there. You’ll pass battlefields from the Hundred Years’ War and see First World War cemeteries as you go.
The spectacular Gothic cathedrals of Abbeville and Beauvais, with their extraordinary white limestone full of tracery and flying buttresses, are another of the many highlights.
In Paris soak up the atmosphere of one of the most romantic cities in the world and it's wealth of restaurants, cafés, museums, and nightlife.
