Your adventure will begin in Abisko National Park, famous for being one of the best places on earth to view the incredible Northern Lights.
Take the opportunity to be an Arctic explorer, as you will be self-supported, carry all your kit, chop wood, light fires, cook food and fetch water from remote wells.
On arrival in Abisko, you'll meet your Swedish Mountain Guide who will provide you with a full briefing of your adventure that lies ahead. Time permitting, we may have the opportunity for an optional trip to the Abisko Sky station to view the Aurora.
Once issued with your snowshoes, we will head out to explore the Abisko National Park before enjoying an exciting 35km transfer by snowmobiles to the high mountains and your cabins at Lake Alesjaure.
