An outdoor swimming community encouraging people to get in the sea just before the sun rises, at Penarth Seafront in South Wales.
Dawnstalkers Sea Swim Club encourages people to join them for a daily swim at dawn and experience the joy of cold water. Everyone is welcome. Their website has details of kit you might want to bring but all you need to do is get up early and join them for a swim. The Club also organises or attends other events including the Penarth Festival.
