There were a variety of levels of participants from seasoned triathletes to amateur swimmers... there was help along the way, provided by the kayaks over seeing all the swimmers, who gave directions to swimmers... Nice medal made it all worth while as well as all the money raised for British Heart Foundation. Gerry D
