"We are so excited to bring this new event to our capital and have no doubt it will be one of the best mass participation experiences in the UK. Runners can expect to be surprised with much fun along the route! We want to make sure we keep them well entertained throughout their 13.1 mile challenge and give them lots to talk about after!" - Lia Bowman, Race Director
The London Landmarks Half ballot opened Tuesday 18 June and closed Tuesday 25 June at noon. The main ballot was drawn and announced Thursday 27 June.
All applicants who were unsuccessful in the main ballot drawing were automatically entered free into the second chance ballot. The second chance ballot drawing took place on Friday 5 July. Now, the only way to enter is with a charity place.
Now that the ballot has closed and the results have been announced, the only way of securing yourself a place in the London Landmarks Half Marathon is to obtain a charity place. In securing a charity place, you must pledge to raise an amount of sponsorship in return for your guarenteed starting place.

Funds you raise can help them reach more people, £20 could pay for one hour or £180 could provide nine hours of nursing support through the night, for someone in the comfort of their own home bringing the expert care and comfort families need.
