Overview

The Southend Rudolph Run comprises a single loop around the country park followed by an out and back section along the promenade. It's a fantastic and bracing course beside the sea!

By car

There is parking available adjacent to the Race HQ and along the promenade. Please take note of any local parking charges that may be applicable

The closest railway station is Thorpe Bay which is around 1 mile from the race HQ.

Spot on as usual the course was good I really didn't find any bottle neck places along the route. Finishing funnel was abit crowded but that shows a good event so I'm happy with today's race and I will see you next year 👍🏼 Ann R
