Thetford Festival of Running | 15K

At this Festival of Running, you will join like-minded runners doing different distances.

There is a six-hour event cut off if you start at 9am, and a 4-hour event cut off if you start at 11am.  The route encompasses a 5km loop within the grounds of Thetford Forest.

You may be completing your first official 5K,10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or even Ultra-Marathon, or it may be your 100th or 1000th!

The location is pretty self-contained, making this an intimate event with us having exclusive use of the main area and plenty of open space. There will be water and aid station located at the lap point so no stress of having to carry lots of food, water or equipment.

There will be a bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race, or if you choose the lucky dip option, you will choose from a selection of previous medals.

The course will be mainly pathways with a small section of trails and woodland. 

20% of your entry fee goes towards the upkeep of the forest and the care of the woodlands.
