Alex Chaple was named ‘Personal Trainer of the Year’ in Men’s Health magazine in 2013 and has worked with national and international level athletes in disciplines including taekwondo, rowing, swimming and cycling.
He took an interest in sport and fitness before studying Exercise Science at university and currently continues his education by reading for an MSc in Nutritional Medicine.
