by Sean Kelly
Riding in a group can be daunting at first but with this advice from cycling legend Sean Kelly you'll soon be up to speed.
Sean Kelly is one of the best cyclists ever to have lived. From 1977 to 1994, Sean achieved 193 professional victories, and is considered one of the finest classic riders of all time. For five consecutive years, Sean was the number one rider in the world.
At SportActive, Sean rides with all groups regardless of level. He passes on his knowledge of the sport, shares stories, and has helped head coach Martin Birney put together training plans. When not riding with SportActive, Sean develops new cycling talent in Ireland and Belgium, and commentates for Eurosport.
