The Duchenne UK Triathlon will be my 2nd ever Triathlon (Sprint distance) - I ran my 1st at the beginning of summer and loved it so much that when I got home, I booked my 2nd sprint Triathlon and decided this was the beginning of my journey towards competing in my first Ironman ;-)

Run my first 10k race in November - the 'Chelmsford 10K'. Completed this run which was my first competitive event and finished in a time of 47:38 :-)
Run my 1st Half Marathon on the 18 March 2018 - the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon. Very cold with snow on the ground, made running conditions tough. Despite the weather and it being my first Half Marathon, I manage to finish in a time of 02:01:27
Rochford 10k was my 2nd 10k run and my 1st of 2018 and I completed it in a time of 49:17
I did not run in this Marathon, due to injury and not enough training...
I will be taking on the RIDE100 Essex but doing the Classic: 60 miles distance with my Father-in-Law to be.
