This will be my 4th Warrior run and I want to beat my 2013 time having had knee surgery last year and feel I have properly recovered.
Plenty of evening training runs around Hampstead Heath which (lucky for me) is on my doorstep
Going to get back into the regular parkruns & work on improving my times. Also add in hill training.
A 15km tough-run steeped in legend, mythology and history which has been running for over 20 years. We'll be negotiating bog, ditches, forestry and cliffs with a 700ft climb in the middle (which apparently slows the 'most professional' runners to a walk!). Come on knee...

Getting towards my mid-forties I want to maintain my fitness. As well as running I want to do more wild swimming. I am lucky to live near Hampstead Heath and their swimming ponds. I would also like to do an adventurous trail run in my native Scotland.
