Couch to 5k and beyond
10k trail run
I have completed the Edinburgh 5k in 35.18. This has taken me a number of years! Restarted the couch to 5k on numerous occasions. Using the Edinburgh Marathon Festival training sessions encouraged me to maintain a training plan .
My aim now is to improve my 5k time and aim for a 10k trail run. I find I prefer off road.
