Fitness is my therapy - the thing that makes my mind and body healthy. I’ve always wanted to do the London Marathon and want to do it to help a fantastic charity.
To get people to understand mental health and to make a difference to those suffering. I plan to do lots of charity events to raise as much money as I can, like I have for previous charities that I am passionate about.
