Full or half day 1:1 trail running adventure in The Chiltern Hills with an English Athletics qualified Run Leader to focus on your running technique over different types of terrain, training plans, training, nutrition and kit.
Your meeting point unless otherwise arranged will be at Tring Station. Your guide for the morning will focus on your running technique over different types of terrain, discuss training plans and also different aspects of training, nutrition and kit. All guides are qualified, know the local area and are passionate about trail running. Please arrive ready to run from the meeting point, along with some snacks and drink to sustain you for the morning.
It’s recommended that you can run at least 5km distance, just to maximise what you take away from the morning but since the session is 1:1 all speeds and abilities are catered for.
