ACTIF Sospan Charity Swim | Y Crochan – 3000M

The swim will take place at the North Dock which is perfect for open water swimming and ideal for 1st time open water swimmers. This will be a beach start with each event having its own wave – at the end of each lap and depending on the event you have entered you will exit the water and then re-enter passing a feed station with water before starting the next Lap. Once you have Finished the required number of laps then you will make your way to the Finish Line.
