Thursday evening’s ever-popular Cowal 5K Run is your chance to take part in the Cowal Gathering.

There are trophies to be won and all runners who finish will receive a Cowal Run medal. Registration will be in the Pier Building on Dunoon Pier. The race starts at the crazy golf course by the breakwater, Dunoon. The route will once again be along the shoreline heading towards Innellan with the turning point being close to the Quarry on Bullwood Road and then back to the start/finish line.
