Cowal 5K Run

There are trophies to be won and all runners who finish will receive a Cowal Run medal. Registration will be in the Pier Building on Dunoon Pier. The race starts at the crazy golf course by the breakwater, Dunoon. The route will once again be along the shoreline heading towards Innellan with the turning point being close to the Quarry on Bullwood Road and then back to the start/finish line. This year runners must be 15 years or older to compete in the full 5K race. Entries can also be made on the night as long as the run is not full.
