Distance: 10km. Climb: 390m. Race start is around 500m from the Guides hall, at the roundabout just off Forester's Way. Briefing will take place at the start. Refreshments will be available at the hall post-race. Marked course, mainly on good tracks. Be prepared to carry full waterproof body cover, hat, gloves, whistle, compass and map. Junior Race - Age categories - U13, U15, U17 (10 years minimum). Race distance 3km, with approx 170m climb. Start is the same location as for the senior race, around 500m from registration.
