Overview

Giving all abilities the chance to complete the swim/bike/run. The swim is in the pool at Biddulph Valley Leisure Centre.The (optional) 9.5km bike ride is 3 laps on the roads around Biddulph, with some small hills.Finishing with a run around the grass area behind the leisure centre. All finishers will get a medal as a congratulations.
