North Belfast Harriers Afternoon of 5000s

It’s all about fast-paced 5000m track races where runners aim for their personal best. We seed each race carefully to make sure everyone has a shot at taking down their PB and to keep things competitive and thrilling for spectators. The event is a World Athletics Category F meet and has been assigned a UK Athletics Level 2 permit. All finishing times will be eligible for national records and can be used for qualifying for global championships. Times will also be added to your World Athletics & RunBritain Profile.
