There are three super distances to choose from & many super ways to take part in these unique tri challenges. You can fly solo & take on all three stages (a swim, cycle & push/run for any tri newbies out there), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push & pull them around the entire course!
