Event overview

Join thiis charity cycling event, taking in 94 miles of the beautiful Suffolk Coast. Complete an amazing challenge and help raise vital funds for mental health in the county, whilst you cycle.

The event package includes full medical and mechanical support, British Cycling Ride Leaders, navigation support, lunch and refreshments, a bespoke '7 Piers 2024' cycling shirt and a medal.

This is a collaborative event held by Suffolk Mind, Norfolk and Waveney Mind and Mid and North East Essex Mind. Riders can opt to join any team and raise money for their chosen county.
