Are you a cyclist? Do you like getting out into the great outdoors for fresh air and some exercise? Why not take part in the Chilterns MS Centre Virtual Cycle during July?

Event overview
There are three virtual routes covering three different distances for you to cycle anywhere at any time. You could be out in the open countryside, commuting to work, or even on a static bike.
All you need to do, once you’ve signed up, is cover your chosen distance at a time and a pace of your choosing during the month of July.
All finishers will receive a medal and certificate!
