West Sussex Mind Mental Elf

We're very excited to bring you West Sussex Mind's Mental Elf 2023 fun run and walk to raise funds for local people's mental health. This year's fun run will be started by Olympic champion Sally Gunnell OBE! Mental Elf is open to people of all ages and abilities, such as runners, walkers, families, teams, wheelchair users and more. You can even bring the dog. Elf costumes are encouraged and preferred but not essential. We hope to see many dressed up as elves - it's a great way to get into the festive spirit and show your support for local people. The best dressed elf will win a prize.
