The run is chip-timed and fully signed and marshalled; the route is also flat so it is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. You don’t have to run - you can walk or jog on your own or with friends, family (including children) and colleagues, and enjoy the park's amazing scenery.
Relay teams can enter as a group of 4; get together with family/friends, pick a name and enter as a relay team! Each runner will complete 2.5k of the route - all team members will receive a free T-shirt and medal.
All finishers will receive a free t-shirt and medal so sign up today and let’s all get active! Participants can choose to donate directly to the UCLH Charity at the same time of signing up if they wish to do so.

The ISEH is a partnership between UCLH (University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust), HCA Healthcare UK, UCL, the English Institute of Sport and the British Olympic Association, and a major legacy project from the London 2012 Olympics, set-up to provide excellence in sports performance and injury management. So, whether you wish to race, have a casual run, or walk through this event, it is just happy to be able to help you lead a more active life.

This a warm day in Regent's Park but it started well with the warm-up led by a bronze medal-winning Olympian! The runners are children, families and individuals covering 2.5k, 5k and 10k. That made it a bit busy, but it was fine. I ran the 10k and got away from the busier parts quite quickly. Those racing were wonderfully supportive of each other and this created a great vibe! Harvey G
