Event overview
This will be a hilly but scenic trail run through the South Downs. The route starts with a steady climb across the Cowdray Estate, west of the Flint Barn Café before heading out onto the South Downs and the West Dean Estate. All the hilly climbs will be worth it from the top and those stunning views! The route won't entirely be an uphill struggle as there'll be a quick, fast downhill stretch to the finish. Make it a family do! Enter children for the Junior Trail Race, for 6-8, 9-11 and 12-15 age categories.
