Spring Enduro Duathlon

This 3 hour event offers a great challenge whilst remaining highly accessible. Simply complete as many laps as you can in the time available - run, bike, run and repeat! Complete this great challenge as a solo entrant or as a team of two (All male, all female or mixed allowed). Teams can choose how they tackle the event, but only one member is allowed to be out on course at a time. Both team members need to register individually. The spring-edition of the Enduro Duathlon will use some of the Beater long loop and other nice trails for the 7k bike course and a multi-surface 3k run course. The Beater trail is graded blue/moderate so not too difficult, but it's quite fun and twisty!. The course is suitable for both mountain and Cross/Gravel bikes (with off-road tyres). You will encounter sand, grass, gravel and possibly some mud as well as a few tree roots but nothing too technical. Both run and bike loops are largely flat! Prizes for top 3 men/women and winner of each team category. Refreshments available during/after event. Places are limited, so get yourself signed up!
