The Colchester Kawasaki 10 Mile Trail Run

This event aims to raise funds for the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, offering participants a scenic and challenging trail run. Limited entries of 50 to keep and small and personal. All runners get a buff, finishers medal and 50% off of all food and drink inside the Kawasaki Cafe (There is the option to buy a massive breakfast before the run too, with the excuse that you can run it off straight afterwards!) Water bottle exchange point out on course just past the half way point at the top of the only real climb.
