The Lakeside Launcher Duathlon

The event takes place at The University of Worcester’s Lakeside Campus. First up, a 4.5km (2 lap) run on grass takes you around the grounds and sports fields of the campus. Next up is a 24km undulating road cycle route, taking you over to Martley and back via Lower Broadheath. Finally a 2.2km run back at Lakeside Campus to finish off the legs ! Featuring: Finishers medals for all. Race timing. Category prizes on offer including real ale from sponsor Teme Valley. Brewery. Medical support. Public Address and Commentary “shout-outs”. Fully signed and marshalled routes. Insurance cover. This event is for over 16s only. Enter solo or as a relay pair (One Runner, One Cyclist). The cafe at Lakeside Campus will be open for hot and cold food and drink throughout the duration of the event.
