Overview

With such a varied route there is always something to keep your mind off your legs - don’t be fooled that Anglesey is flat! Take the coast road out of Holyhead, taking in the coastline and the views out to sea. 10 miles into your ride, and warmed up, you’ll have the chance to do the incredible Flying Mile timed section through RAF Valley to see just how fast you can go! from Valley, wind your way through the rolling countryside along the coastline and past the famous Newborough Forest. Take in the sights of the famous Menai Suspension Bridge and travel on towards the picturesque village of Beaumaris. On quiet country lanes, which allow you to take in the beauty of your ride, make your way through Pentraeth, Brynteg, Moelfre and on to Amlwch in the North before cutting inland slightly and heading back through Valley and home to Holyhead.
