Info about the people on the tour circulated afterwards. This tour is for all paces of runner. We'll run at the pace of the gentlest runner in our group. NOBODY gets left behind. But please be prepared to run the distance as opposed to walking. For groups of over 10 runners, we'll have a designated back-runner in place.
