Angles Way Ultra 100/50k (AWU 100/50k) follows the Waveney Valley, meandering between Diss and Great Yarmouth along the county boundary of Norfolk and Suffolk.

This picturesque route through the Norfolk Broads was voted the best waterside walk in Britain by waterscape.com in 2003. Registration will take place in Great Yarmouth, where you will board a coach and be taken to the start at Diss for the 100k, and Shipmeadow for the 50k. Then all that you must do is follow the Angles Way footpath back to Great Yarmouth. The route is a good course for both those looking for a quick time or those looking for their first ultra.
