Smile Train has changed the lives of more than 1.5 million children in 90+ countries through training and support given to medical professionals worldwide to enabling them to provide free cleft surgery.
Over 200,000 babies a year are born with a cleft but it can take only 45 minutes to perform the surgery. £150 raised can pay for a cleft surgery or even £30 can cover the cost of an overnight stay in hospital.

Providing clean water and decent toilets to everyone, everywhere.
Across the world, one in ten people do not have clean water nearby. WaterAid is influencing governments and working across 28 countries to make access to clean water, toilets and hygiene the norm. Since 1981 they've helped over 27 million people, but want to reach everyone.
