It’s a mixture of large tracks and forest singletrack. The course is pretty flat with very few undulations, that is apart from the sting in the tail as you climb Old Pale in the final miles. On the plus side, the view from the top is stunning, on the downside, you’ll have to work pretty hard to see it. We look forward to seeing you at Delamere Forest, come and join the trail running revolution!
