Stour Valley Half Marathon Group Run – which is also most of the first loop of the Stour Valley Marathon route too -approx 13.8 miles.

Colchester Foodbank is the busiest in the East of England and has dwindling stock reserves, with demand increasing 31.25% over 2021, while food donations have been decreasing due to the cost of living crisis. Company of Runners have been organising Group Runs to help. They have been massively successful and so we have added to the schedule (up until the end of the summer 2023 for now but with more being planned….).
