750m - 1000 m SEA SWIM (tide assisted salt water) - Wet suits optional but recommended. 22 km BIKE (in 2 laps) - Aldeburgh - Thorpeness - Aldringham - Aldeburgh. 5 km RUN (off road). You can enter your team even if you dont know who your final names are, to reserve your place just enter tba and you can let us know details at a later date and we can adjust before the closing date.
